- Registrants of Study Visit 2023 must fill the registration form which will be available from Friday, 3rd of November 2023 at 10.00 (Western Indonesia Time) until Sunday, 5th of November 2023 at 15.00 (Western Indonesia Time);
- Chosen participants must confirm their attendance by replying “Yes, I confirm my attendance’’ to the confirmation email within Monday, 6th of November 2023 at 12.00 (Western Indonesia Time);
- Chosen participants who confirmed their attendance are expected to join the WhatsApp Group through the link provided on the announcement email;
