BLS Call for Paper Capital Market and Securities Division 2025 with the theme: “Trading Halt and Auto Rejection: Market Stabilization Mechanisms and Investor Protection in Indonesia's Capital Market”
In March to April 2025, the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) experienced a 5–8% decline, leading to regulatory adjustments such as the revision of the trading halt threshold to 8% and the standardization of Auto Rejection Bawah (ARB) at 15%. These measures were introduced to moderate excessive market fluctuations and strengthen investor confidence through a more stable trading environment.
Through this Call for Paper, BLS FH UI invites IKM FH UI to engage in critical analysis and academic discourse on how these stabilization mechanisms contribute to maintaining market integrity and ensuring investor protection within Indonesia’s capital market framework.
