Terms and Conditions of CAPITAL MARKET LEGAL CLASS 2026: 

1. BLS CAPITAL MARKET LEGAL CLASS 2026 in Collaboration with Assegaf Hamzah and Partners is open for public;
2. Participants of the BLS CAPITAL MARKET LEGAL CLASS 2026 in Collaboration with Assegaf Hamzah and Partners are all registrants who have completed the registration process through the official BLS FH UI website, are selected by the committee, and have confirmed their attendance via e-mail to blsfhui.capties@gmail.com;
3. Participants must register within the available time from Monday, September 7th, 2026 at 10.00 (Western Indonesia Time) until Saturday, September 12th, 2026 at 23.59 (Western Indonesia Time);
4. Selected participants are required to confirm their attendance no later than 10 (ten) hours after receiving the participant announcement e-mail from the committee;
5. Participants are required to join the WhatsApp Group via an invitation link that will be shared by the Committee through e-mail; and
6. In the event that a selected participant does not confirm their attendance within the given time frame, the committee reserves the right to consider the participant as having withdrawn and offer the available spot to the next participant on the waiting list. 

Registration Process:

1. Fill out the registration form through this link: blsfhui.com/CMLC2026; 
2. Selected participants will be informed regarding the event and sent a WhatsApp Group invitation link through e-mail; and
3. Participants are required to confirm their attendance by replying to the selection announcement e-mail. Failure to confirm within the specified timeframe will result in the participant being excluded from the final list of registrants.
