ABOUT TRAINING ON THE LAW
OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES
Training on the Law of Energy and Mineral Resources (TERM) is a reccuring training program arranged by Business Law Society FH UI (BLS FH Ul) that aims to equip undergraduate students and law graduates with knowledge of energy and mineral resources law through both conceptual and applied experience, covering diverse topics aligned with the designated yearly theme.
TERM 2026 carries the theme “Unveiling Indonesia’s Electricity Industry through Legal and Business Perspectives on Renewable Energy Development,” alongside “Aligning Goals for Energy Transition: The Role of Law and Business in Accelerating Renewable Power Plant Development” as the theme of the National Essay Competition, with the aim of further discussing the development of new and renewable energy.

NATIONAL ESSAY COMPETITION
The National Essay Competition is a pre-event of TERM 2026 aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of the role of law and business in accelerating renewable power plant development. National Essay Competition TERM 2026 held under the theme “Aligning Goals for Energy Transition: The Role of Law and Business in Accelerating Renewable Power Plant Development”.
This competition is open to all members of IKM FH UI as well as active undergraduate (S1) students from all faculties across Indonesia. The purpose of this competition is to raise public awareness and interest in participating in the Main Event series of TERM 2026.
