Terms and Conditions of CAPITAL MARKET LEGAL CLASS 2025: 

1. Participants of the BLS Capital Market Legal Class 2025 in Collaboration with Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung are open to all law students batch of 2023 and 2022;
2. Participants of the CAPITAL MARKET LEGAL CLASS 2025  in Collaboration with Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung are all registrants who have completed the registration process through the official BLS FH UI website, are selected by the committee, and have confirmed their attendance via email to blsfhui.capties@gmail.com;
3. Participants must register within the available time from Monday, September 8th, 2025 at 17.00 (Western Indonesia Time) until Sunday, September 14th, 2025 at 12.00 (Western Indonesia Time);
4. Selected participants are required to confirm their attendance no later than 10 (ten) hours after receiving the participant announcement email from the committee;
5. Participants are required to join the WhatsApp Group through the invitation link attached in the participant announcement email after confirming attendance; and
6. In the event that a selected participant does not confirm their attendance within the given time frame, the committee reserves the right to consider the participant as withdrawing and replace them with the next person on the waiting list.
7. Participants of the CAPITAL MARKET LEGAL CLASS 2025 in Collaboration with Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung are required to work on a Position Case in the form of a Term Sheet  that has been provided, maximum of 1 day before the event begins.

Registration Process:

1. Fill out the registration form through this link: blsfhui.com/CMLC2025; 
2. Selected participants will be informed regarding the event and sent a WhatsApp Group invitation link through email; and
3. Participants are required to confirm their attendance to Muhammad Arsya Oetama (+62811152006/mhmadarsy20) or Leony Panjaitan (+6282292652468/onychanishere) after receiving the participant announcement email, otherwise the participant will not be included in the final list of registrants.
